How to withdraw fiat (USD) on MyConstant
I’m Peter, Community Manager at MyConstant and I’m going to show you how to withdraw your funds from our platform.
When you decide to withdraw, you’ll have to initiate an ACH transfer. And if your account is outside of the US, you can send your money via a wire transfer.
Now let’s take a more detailed look at how this process works.
In the upper right corner of the My MyConstant homepage, click on the profile icon. When the screen comes down, click, withdraw fiat.
ACH bank transfer
ACH transfers are a way to move money between accounts at different banks electronically, easily, and securely. And unlike a bank wire transfer, which will charge a fee (usually between $10 and $35), ACH is free.
To use ACH, however, you’ll need to have your US bank account linked to your MyConstant account. You might have already done this when signing up, but if you haven’t, then take a look at this blog that will instruct you how to do it.
To withdraw your funds, click Payment method (Bank transfer). Make sure you click the icon that says ‘linked bank account ACH,’ Then, enter in the amount you wish to withdraw.
ACH transfers are free and take up to 10 business days (usually less) to reach your account.
Note: While wire transfers are faster than ACH, they are more expensive and used mostly for sending funds internationally. This is why MyConstant only allows wire transfers for bank accounts outside of the US.
Once you have entered all your information you are finished! Hit “send” at the bottom of the screen.
We’ll send you an email once we’ve sent your funds and your bank should let you know when they arrive.
Now you should have all of the tools you need to withdraw your funds from MyConstant. Most importantly, any funds withdrawn are completely yours. No hidden fees skimmed off the top. Get out there and enjoy your money, you’ve earned it.
