How to Navigate The MyConstant App

Trevor demonstrates how to use the app on your phone.

The MyConstant app was introduced in mid 2020. But I was hesitant to write a tutorial because the layout was constantly evolving.

Fast forward nearly a year, and things have mostly stayed the same (with the exception of additional games and promotions). And to make navigating a bit easier, I included hyperlinks throughout this blog to other blogs that should help in answering questions you might have.

Let’s get started

You can download the MyConstant app in two different ways. If you’re using an IPhone, you can go to the App Store and click Search in the lower right corner and search for MyConstant and click Download. On the other hand, if you’re using an Android, you can go to Google Play and search for MyConstant there.

Once you have the app on your phone you can sign up, make an account and pass KYC. Or, if you’ve already done this on your computer, you can enter your username, password and log in.

Keep in mind, if you have over $1,000 on your MyConstant account, you must activate 2 factor authentication (2FA).

Once you’re signed in and on the main page, you can view your current instant access balance in blue, upper screen.

The main page of the MyConstant app

In the center of the main page is where most of your options are found. Everything from depositing USD and crypto to withdrawing USD and transferring money from one MyConstant account to another — it’s all here.

The bell icon in the upper right hand corner is for all notifications. Whenever you make an action on the platform (borrow money, invest or wire funds) a message will appear confirming what you did.

Notifications

Usually when a new feature is put on the site, we’ll send you an email to make sure you know about it. But for smaller changes, we’ll send an announcement to your account which will also appear in the notifications section.

When you scroll to the bottom of the app you’ll also see a section titled, History. Under History, you can check your Investments, your Loans, Lending Lottery and Secondary market.

Also at the bottom right corner of the page is your Account. When you click account the page below will show up and you’ll be given the same options to invest, borrow, link your bank account and to check your membership for badges and points

Invest or borrow? The choice is yours

After you’ve familiarized yourself with the layout of the app, the options are yours. You can wire money to your MyConstant account and leave it in instant access where it earns 4% APY. Or you can put it in a fixed-term loan where it can earn up to 7% APR

On the other hand, if you need to borrow money, you can make a borrow order and deposit your cryptocurrencies as collateral.

Since this blog is just an overview of the apps layout, I’ve included links to our most popular blogs that give step-by-step tutorials on how to deposit USD and cryptocurrency. As well as how to link your bank account, withdraw, and borrow on our platform.

Our blog and YouTube channel are the best places to search if you’re unsure how to complete a task on our platform. But as always, if you’re ever stumped, give our customer service team a call or send us an email [email protected]
