How to Make A Transfer Within MyConstant
Have friends or relatives using our platform?
We added on-platform transfers to MyConstant to allow you to send funds quickly and securely to your friends with no wire fees or border restrictions. I’m going to show you this is done.
On the main account page toolbar, you will find the transfer button on the far right-hand side.
After clicking, you will see the transfer interface. Select the amount you want to send (in USD) and enter the email of the account holder you wish to send to (make sure you have the right one). You can write an optional note with extra info about the transfer. Click Send when ready.
You will be asked one more time to confirm your transaction before being sent to the final transaction confirmation page. Here you will be asked if you want to perform a second transfer. You can also link to your orders and transfers sheet on the Account Acitivity dashboard under Transfers.
All transfers below our weekly $10,000 threshold for customers will be approved immediately and reflected in your accounts within a couple of minutes. If you transfer equal to or more than $10,000 during the week, your transfer that takes you over the limit must be manually approved by our team. It will be transferred within 24 hours. Security first!
